While the chef and her team are preparing dinner and you are enjoying hors d'oeuvres, Francesca Filippini of Moet Hennessy will lead you through a tasting with specially selected bottles of champagne! During dinner, sommelier Mickey Narea will lead you through a wine tasting with selections paired with your meal and will even pair after dinner drinks with your dessert! all you need to do is sit back and enjoy the evening with your guests!

Six people will spend a weekend afternoon battling for the honor of top meatball chef in this fun, competitive meatball making class hosted by a Nico Osteria chef!
