The vodka is filtered seven times, of which three are through layers of semi-previous crystals known as Herkimer diamonds. A Taste of Chappellet Wine

In 1968 Donn Chappellet saw the potential for Napa Valley's then unknown Pritchard Hill to produce world-class wines on par with the finest first growth Bordeaux. Today Chappellet's Pritchard Hill Vineyard is recognized as one of the world's great sites for Cabernet Sauvignon. This package provides you with a taste of that with a bottle of 2018 Signature Cabernet Sauvignon along with the 2018 Cabernet Franc. The Chappellet Cabernet Franc is a traditional Bordeaux blend with Cabernet Franc at its base. The original vines were planted in 1989, making Caberne Franc a relatively new addition to Pritchard Hill. This variety thrives on the hill's volcanic soils, where conditions are ideal for developing ripe, concentrated flavors. The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon has received 93 points by Robert Parker and has been Chappellet's signature wine for over three decades.
