Through the ULI Annual Fund, donations enable ULI to respond in a timely fashion with long-term solutions to communities facing complex problems in housing, transportation, infrastructure, and rebuilding after devastation.

A donation can help expand the UrbanPlan program so that more students will have the opportunity to participate.

UrbanPlan's mission is to create a sophisticated level of discourse among local stakeholders involved in land use decisions through the education of tomorrow's voters, neighbors, community leaders, public officials, and land use professionals so-together-we can create better communities.

By pledging to the Womens Leadership Intiative, you can raise the visibility and number of women leaders in ULI and the real estate industry.

The mission of the WLI is expressed in its four primary objectives:

- Promote the advancement of women,
throughout their careers, as
leaders in the real estate industry.

- Increase the number of women who
serve in leadership positions in
the real estate industry and in ULI.

- Increase the visibility of women leaders
in the real estate industry and in ULI.

- Increase the number of women who are
active ULI Full members, and support the
development of young women members
as leaders in ULI and in their professions.

By donating to the ULI Advisory Services Program, you can support a future Advisory Services Panel.

For more than 70 years, ULI members have delivered change in our cities through ULI's Advisory Services. Whether it be the devastation of disaster, food access and healthy design, or a shortage of housing choices, Advisory Services panels have offered unbiased and independent solutions to the most complex problems facing communities.

Through this program, ULI members integrate into communities dealing with a wide array of real estate and land use challenges to provide unbiased, expert advice and specific recommendations for improvement. Members link together with local leaders to draft a plan to revive, rethink, and restore communities around the globe to ultimately enact change and improve the lives of the people who live there.

By donating to Scholarships, you will help us provide new scholarships to students and real estate professionals.

Through different key ULI programs that are currently supported by the Annual Fund, students and real estate professionals can receive special scholarships for university programs as well as ULI programs throughout the year.

With support from generous donors every year, the ULI Annual Fund can continue to support these vital scholarship programs and grow them in the future.
