Ms. Diana Reid has been an Executive Vice President of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc., since July 2007 and serves as its Head of PNC Real Estate. Ms. Reid has been involved in the banking industry for over thirty years including 20 years at the investment bank Credit Suisse. She has been actively involved in industry issues throughout her career. She serves as Vice Chairman of Real Estate Capital Policy Advisory Committee at Real Estate Roundtable.

Ms. Reid was a founding member of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Mortgage Securities Association from 1994 to 2002 and member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council Board of Governors from 2009 to 2012. In 2012, she was elected Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and in 2013, named to the ULI global Board of Directors. In 2013, Ms. Reid was elected to membership of The Committee of 200. She is a member of the board and the executive committee of the Pittsburgh Opera.
