May 7, 2019 at the Hyatt at Olive 8 in Seattle we will recognize volunteer leaders, share inspiring stories, and raise funds to find cures for IBD.
Try your luck on ultimate raffle items, bid on an amazing live experience, and enjoy a delicious meal while learning more about our mission to find cures and improve the quality of life for the 3.1 million children and adults with Crohn's disease & ulcerative colitis.
Mike & Ashley McCready will present the McCready Family Award to Jodie DeLay. Other program highlights include:
- Shelly & Alec Heier - for a family's story of a child diagnosed with IBD
- Patrick Erstad - a young professional's perspective
- Livi Carpenter - a long-time patient's experience with the evolution of treatment options
- Jason Harper, MD - updates on how your donations impact the lives of those with IBD.

- Fund the Mission
- Live Item - The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon VIP experience for two
There is no fee to register, but we would like all guests to register online in advance. The Luncheon will feature a Fund the Mission Moment. The suggested individual minimum donation is $150.
Menu options (all meals are gluten-free):
- Grilled Natural Chicken Caprese Salad with cherry tomatoes, ciliegine mozzarella, grilled asparagus, basil pesto, and balsamic glaze.
- Vegetarian Sweet Red Pepper Organic Tofu with sushi rice salad, grilled pineapple & mango slaw, savoy cabbage and pickled carrots, bok choy and green beans with cilantro lime vinaigrette.
- SCD Specific Carbohydrate Diet version of the Grilled Natural Chicken dish.
- Desserts - Flourless Chocolate Cake with shiny glaze, raspberry coulis & vanilla whipped cream or Raspberry Coconut Panna Cotta with blueberry compote.
