Become a maestro of single or multicenter clinical trials by spending an informative hour with Dr. Brajesh Lal. Currently, Dr. Lal is serving as Professor of Surgery, Director of Endovascular Surgery, Director of the Center for Vascular research, and Director of the NIH Vascular Imaging Core at the University of Maryland, and Chief of the Vascular Service at the Baltimore VAMC. His clinical and research interests include carotid stenosis, lower extremity arterial occlusive disease and deep vein thrombosis. Also, Dr. Lal is the PI for the CREST-2 Trail (carotid disease), ACCOF-2 trial (carotid-cognitive function), EFFORT-2 trial (deep vein thrombosis), ACTION-1 trial (PAD), CREST-2 Registry (carotid stenting and TCAR) and several other single- and multi-center clinical trials. They are funded by the NIH, VA, DOD, Maryland State, and by Industry.
