2 hour hands-on Saturday cooking class for up to 10 guests at BergHOFF culinary center in Odessa taught by Chef Cathleen Ryan from Tarpon Springs High School. Guests will learn kitchen skills like serving, presentation pressure cooker tricks, and basic knife skills. Chef Cathleen Ryan is a pastry chef who honed her craft in notable kitchens including Le Bec Fin, and the Inn at Little Washington. She studied in Philadelphia and the Universite de Reims Champagne-ARdenne in France. She has co-authored the Brandywine Book of Food
