The Lake Oconee Academy Foundation is excited to host the sixth year of the Denim & Diamonds annual charity fundraiser. It will be an evening dedicated to celebrating and fundraising! The event will include live entertainment, dancing, food, drinks, and fabulous live and silent auction items.

The Foundation is a 501(c)3 organization dedicated to enriching the educational experience of every LOA student. Denim & Diamonds is the annual event hosted by the Foundation. As the school population continues to grow, the mission of the LOAF to support this growth remains strong.

Please make sure we have your contact information and preferred pick-up location! Please do so as soon as possible by clicking the link in the email you received from GiveSmart when you purchased your tickets. Follow the prompts to complete the contact information, preferred pick-up location, and departure time for you and your guests. This allows us to plan accordingly. The pick-up location options are: Home Depot, Weinbergers, Landing (Reynolds), and Lake club (Reynolds).

SPONSORS: Please plan for a 4:15pm arrival at your preferred shuttle bus location, the bus will depart for the Barn at 4:30pm.

GENERAL ATTENDEES: Please plan for a 5:15pm arrival at your preferred shuttle bus location, your bus will depart for the Barn at 5:30pm.

There will be GiveSmart representatives at both the Landing and Lake Club to register guests. Registration  will also be available at the Barn for those who are arriving from different pick-up locations or who have purchased a parking pass and are driving.

The evening itinerary is outlined below:

5:00pm Sponsor Reception pre-event begins 
6:00pm Attendees arrive, the event begins 
6:45pm Food will begin to be served inside the tent
7:15pm Live auction will begin
8:00pm Ronnie Pittman Band starts
10:00pm Silent auction closes, raffle winner will be drawn & blinky ring winner will be drawn
11:00pm Last buses will depart the Barn
