Your Scandinavian journey begins with three nights in Copenhagen, Scandinavia's most sophisticated city and a world leader in urban innovation and conservation, for three couples at Hotel d'Angleterre. Established in 1755, the five-star Hotel d'Angleterre is an icon and a historic landmark in Copenhagen. There are plenty of five-star hotels out there, but none with quite the same spirit as d'Angleterre - and it is this that you will see, sense, and experience the moment you step inside the hotel's front doors.

A visit to the Balthazar Champagne Bar and lunch or Sunday brunch at Michelin one-star Marchal, conveniently located within your hotel, is topping the lists of must- do's. Rumor has it the squid with oysters and caviar is not to be missed!

Your days in Copenhagen are available to customize to your liking. Art and design intellects should visit two favorite museums, Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek (for sculpture and painting) and Designmuseum Danmark (for decorative art and design), as well as the remarkable store and gallery Designer Zoo, which boasts two vast floors of changing exhibits. Walk the Tivoli Gardens, the famous amusement park that opened in 1843.

The final three days are spent in Stockholm. An exceptionally clean, stylish, and attractive city, it is constructed on 14 major islands that are part of a vast archipelago stretching from Lake Ma?laren to the Baltic Sea. Make yourself at home at Ett Hem, ("a home" in Swedish) originally a private residence built in 1910. The people who built it had a propensity for beauty, and they left their mark on this townhouse, situated in
a peaceful, residential area of Stockholm. Ett Hem is not the usual hotel. Ett Hem is a place where you will be treated as friends of the family; a place that allows you to feel at home.

Visit the vibrant ABBA museum, lunch at Bistro Oaxen Slip, and tour the Vasa Museum. Finish this trip with memories to last a lifetime.
