L'Aventure kicks off the second day of your Paso Robles adventure with a tour of their caves and some of the most age-worthy wines Stephan Asseo has ever produced. Indulge in an unforgettable food and wine experience at one of the most popular lunch restaurants in western Paso Robles, Niner Wine Estates, before meeting owner Arnaud Fabre of Benom Wines for a VIP tasting and preview of future vintages. Return to Law Estate Wines for a special vintner library tasting in the owners' library, followed by a seven-course dinner inspired by estate wines alongside winemaker Phil Pfunder.

Your third day in Paso Robles will include two final and very special winemaker guided tours and tastings at the highly acclaimed Denner Wines and nearby Clos Solène Wines. This lot also includes eight very special magnums to take home.
