Enjoy the ultimate in seaside luxury living at Villa Pelican, more formally known as VW ABR. The newly built villa overlooks the tranquil bay of Anse des Lezars and boasts four king bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom.

The villa has two separate units connected by a semi-covered outdoor living room. In the first unit are the four bedrooms spread over two floors. The second unit holds a spacious living room, open on two sides to bring the outdoors into your island oasis. The open, fully-equipped kitchen and main dining table is placed just right to offer expansive views and natural breezes. Cool off by taking a dip in the infinity pool or sunbathe on the large two-level deck located in front of the main room.

All bedrooms are nearly identical with European king-sized beds, satellite TV, and en-suite bathrooms. The rooms on the lower floor are situated in front of a garden with a small ocean view and a private terrace with seating.
