Canard Vineyard has been making hand-crafted wines in Napa Valley for over 35 years. They are well known to oenophiles and wine collectors but have managed to stay somewhat secret as they are not open to the public and produce a very limited number of cases each year. All of their single vineyard wines are produced from dry farmed, estate-grown grapes which are skillfully transformed into the finest expression of each varietal. Their ancestral 135-year-old Zinfandel vineyard was saved by Robert Mondavi and Joseph Phelps as part of the history of Napa Valley. In just the last handful of vintages, they have received over 33 ratings of 90 points or above. They are dedicated to creating wines of distinction with an emphasis on quality over quantity.

Owners, Rich and Carolyn Czapleski, will host up to four couples for a private tour and gourmet lunch prepared in their wood-fired oven paired with a selection of limited-edition library wines. Each couple will also receive a one-year "Taste of Canard" allocation, which includes their highly coveted 2016 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and access to their library wines and special releases.
