The 2010 vintage of Roy Estate's Proprietary Red exhibits a strong, masculine minerality in its medium to full-body style with elevated tannins that will continue to evolve for the next two decades.

2013 is known as one of the best years for Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley and these wines are no exception. The 2013 Cardinale Cabernet Sauvignon aims for complexity with herb and savory underbrush flavors dominating the taut core of loamy earth and berry notes.

The 2013 La Jota Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain is a blend of all five Bordeaux varieties and is drinking beautifully. Opaque purple with notes of licorice, charcoal, lead-pencil shavings, black currants, and spice, the wine is full-bodied, opulent, lavishly rich and pure, with sweet tannin and a long finish. This wine is approachable now but promises to age beautifully for 20-25 years.

If you are looking for perfection in your wine, the 2013 Lokoya boasts a perfect 100-point score from Robert Parker. Thick purple in color with a stunning nose of lead pencil shavings, black currants, mulberries, and blackberries, the wine has a steely structure, yet enormous concentration, skyscraper-like mouth texture, and builds incrementally to a stunning finish of close to a minute. The purity, the richness, the overall equilibrium are unreal, but then this is Lokoya.

Rounding out our 2013 double magnums are bottles of Mt. Brave Cabernet Sauvignon and Ornellaia L'Eleganza. Floral notes intermixed with blueberry and black raspberry fruit jump from a glass of Mt. Brave, while the Ornellaia is elegant yet complex with fruit forward style and tight tannins.

Uncork this bottle of 2014 Forman Cabernet Sauvignon for a softer wine with an upfront style. Deep ruby in color with notes of black and red currants, cedar, licorice, and forest create a wine with ripe, well-integrated tannins.

Last, but certainly not least, this lot includes a rare double magnum of the highly rated 2015 Marchesi Antinori Solaia. Taste the Tuscan sunshine beaming from within this 100-point wine. The bouquet is soft with dark fruit, spice, and sweet tobacco. The mouthfeel shows intensity and power, yet is glossy, tonic, and fresh.
