Welcome to the Big Blue Bash 2019!

An Evening to Benefit Saint Agnes School, Fort Wright, Kentucky

Welcome to the 19th Annual Big Blue Bash!! We are proud to host the PTOs' largest fundrasier of the year!!

All the proceeds from this event will go directly to St. Agnes School for the enrichment of our students' education.

We take this opportunity to thank all those volunteers who have been involved in making this event possible.

We are grateful for your participation, generosity, trust, and most importantly your commitment to the success of our school.

Our dinner event takes place on Friday, April 5 from 6:30pm to Midnight.

We are excited to announce our first year ever at the newly remodeled Cincinnati Club in downtown!

The Cincinnati Club's gilded doors and ascending marble staircase, you will step back into a time when grandeur and beauty were expected. A timeless elegance is sure to impress. Parking for this year's event is available in the attached Garfield Garage, and is compliments of the Big Blue Bash Committee. Please enter on the second floor lobby to check-in.

  • If you win an auction item and are present at our event, we encourage you to take your items with you as you leave.  If you are not present at the event and win a silent auction item, you can pick up your winnings in Murphy Hall at Saint Agnes Church 1680 Dixie Highway Fort Wright, KY 41011 during the following dates and times
  • Monday April 8th 7am-9am and 2pm-7pm 
  • Tuesday April 9th 7am-9am and 2pm-7pm
  • If special arrangements need to be made for picking up your items please email Lauren Stevens
  • All auction items or prizes containing alcohol are subject to states regulations. All subjects winning/purchasing items containing alcohol are required to present proper ID at the time of pick-up. ***Age Restrictions of 21 years and older applies to any of these items or prizes.
  • Must be 18 years or older to participate in Raffles.
  • The winner of raffles will be determined by random drawing. The drawing will take place on Friday April 5, 2019 at approximately 11:00pm EST at The Cincinnati Club, 30 Garfield Place, Cincinnati OH, 45202. Entrants do not need to be present to win, unless specified by the item.
  • All raffles and licensing will be displayed on-site at the event.

This year's event hosts a "First Pick Raffle"! We sell 100 chances for $20 a chance, to shop our Silent Auction catalog and pick an item before the event starts at 6:30pm on Friday April 5, 2019. The winner of the First Pick Raffle gets first choice off our Silent Auction.

The winner will be informed by committee volunteers to select their item before 6:30pm on Friday April 5, 2019.

Any Silent Auction items will be included. The First Pick Raffle excludes class gifts, raffles, CEI consignments, other instant items listed in the catalog. Any bids placed on the catalog item before the "First Pick" is selected will be null and void.

This is a GREAT WAY to get your first choice of any Silent Auction Item!
