THE PROBLEM
The largest income gap in the country is right here in Fairfield County. Many families struggle to make ends meet - trying to cope with food, shelter and job insecurities and a sense of hopelessness for the future.
HOW WE HELP
Near & Far Aid funds Fairfield County agencies that deliver maximum community impact in areas of emergency services, economic security and educational opportunities for thousands of children and adults. We do this with a trained group of volunteer Board members who visit and rigorously review every agency requesting a grant each year.
OUR IMPACT
As the stewards of your contributions, we only fund agencies with proven outcomes that effect lasting change in the lives of many families. Our commitment and passion shows in our results. Near & Far Aid grants over $1 million each year to approximately 100 local agencies.
YOU ARE PART OF THE SOLUTION
Join us in the fight. Your generous support is the lifeblood of our work. The need is real and the positive impact we make on our Fairfield County community is meaningful and rewarding.
