Featured Performer Gunhild Carling and her Family Band All the Way from Sweden
A native of Gothenburg, Sweden, Gunhild is an incomparable multi-instrumentalist, singer and dancer with a unique sound that harkens to jazz's golden age. Her spellbinding performances include bravura turns on twenty musical instruments including trumpet, trombone, harp, bass, piano and others, peppered with virtuosic tap dancing and a delightful period vocal style. She began her professional career at the age of seven, at a festival in Malmö, Sweden. Since then, she's gone on to play concerts all over the world, including two Command Performances for Sweden's King Carl XVI Gustaf. In 2014, she placed third in Sweden's TV ballroom dance competition, Let's Dance.
