This is a powerful, purebred Cannon son out of the $60,000 Blackstar 307Y cow. He is a full brother to the top-selling heifers in our spring sale and his dam gave us another outstanding crop again this year. This heavy, massive bull is long bodied and smooth made with good bone and foot size. He travels with ease and his full sister is a prized young donor for Trennepohl Farms, IN. 307Y was a 2-time Louisville Cow-Calf Champion and is a daughter of the Frozen Gold donor, Black Star T702. The Black Star family has produced three females in the National Western One Sale selling for $40,000 or more, plus at least 5 heifer calves in other sales that have eclipsed the $30,000 mark. We hate to sell her, but Justin has decided to sell all of his cows and this awesome donor has to go! She has been super productive for us over several years and her calves are always some of our easiest to sell. She just raised twin bull calves this spring (we sold one of them to Florida) and she looks ready to go again. This is the cow that raised our 2011 Michigan Livestock Expo Reserve Champion Steer and his $19,500 sister, The Silver Sow. We have sold a long line of other calves out of this cow that flushes well. A daughter was Supreme Champion Female at Mercedes, TX, as two heifers from this cow topped our sales in back-to-back years plus we sold two bulls over $5,000 as well.

Another very productive female that has been great property, this beautiful blaze still ahs much to give. She is the dam of the 112 heifer and her 2018 bull calf is one of our best on feed. We have sold a good list of calves by Hard Whiskey and I Da MLan out of this cow as bulls for $2500-5000. She creates size, style, muscle, and a lot of white faces.
