SaddleBrooke One is a Robson master-planned adult community founded in 1987 on 1,200 acres with approximately 3,650 residents, 2,000 homes, and 26 miles of private roads. SaddleBrooke One transitioned from developer control in 1999 and is governed by a seven-member Board of Directors in accordance with the CC&Rs and bylaws. The day-to-day operations are overseen by professional managers who are employees of the association.
