Purchasing Information: Before purchasing chances, make sure that your account information is up to date to include a valid credit card and shipping address. Once you have selected your chances, you will be prompted to proceed to checkout, where your credit card will be charged. Processing fees do apply to your purchase and will be added to your order at checkout.

Shipping Information: Shipping is available via USPS for an additional cost. Items will be sent via USPS Priority to the address associated in the account. Shipping will vary based on the item won.
Pick Up Information: Pick up is available in-person beginning November 25th at UBS Arena or beginning November 30th at Northwell Health Ice Center upon appointment.
Notifying Winners: Winners will be notified via text message and email on Monday, November 23rd (the first business day after chance auction closes).
Fine Print: Items are sold in "as-is" condition. All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges. Chances purchases cannot be separated. Purchasers are responsible for reading item descriptions. If winner(s) does not answer within two (2) business days after the conclusion of the auction, the item(s) won will be forfeited and the Foundation will choose another winner(s).

Donations will be made to the Islanders Children's Foundation (ICF). The Islanders' Children's Foundation is dedicated to serving local communities now and in the future. The Foundation is committed to supporting, educating and developing area youth while investing in Metro New York's families and community wellbeing. The ICF focuses on supporting nonprofit organizations that share its common mission and developing programs that will create a lasting legacy for years to come.
