Item Donation Form

We're accepting donations for our silent auction. Please consider contributing an item! We'd very much appreciate it.

To donate an item, please first fill out this form. If you are donating a physical item, either bring it to the gala with you or contact Chris Perkins at chrisccp78@gmail.com to arrange for local pickup. If you aren't donating something physical (for instance, if you are donating a photography session), please send details to JT Plona and Chris Perkins.

Some ideas for donations might include:

  • Handmade items like wood carvings or paintings
  • Sessions that work with your skills (someone who enjoys carpentry might offer a carpentry lesson, for example)
  • Items related to camp or made with things from camp
  • Time at a vacation property you own
  • Tickets to sports games

Donations are certainly not limited to the items above. Feel free to think outside the box when thinking about what to donate!
