He previously served as Vice President in Citi's Global Family Office Group for North America and as Chief Investment Officer at Stratus Financial, where he focused on specialty finance, capital stack structuring, warehouse lines, forward-flow programs, and securitization preparation.
In 2024 he was named to Top 100 People in Finance and recognized among Private Debt Investor's Rising Stars. He operates across New York, Connecticut, and Mexico City, with a strong cross-border U.S.-Mexico orientation.

Amy Cherrez is the Owner of Fred Astaire Dance Studio New Canaan and a passionate ballroom and Latin dance instructor dedicated to making the world of dance accessible, inspiring, and enjoyable for everyone.
Originally from Ecuador, Amy began dancing Latin dances at just 12 years old, participating in dance and theater teams in her hometown. Her early love of music, movement, and performance eventually led her back to dance as an adult, where she discovered a deep passion for ballroom dancing.
Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, bringing together her entrepreneurial background and passion for dance in building and leading her own Fred Astaire Dance Studio in New Canaan. Over the past three years, she has dedicated herself to developing her skills as a ballroom dance instructor while creating a studio where students can grow, connect, and discover their love of dance.
Amy believes that everyone has their own unique rhythm and the ability to shine on the dance floor. Her mission is to create a welcoming environment where people of all ages and experience levels can learn, grow in confidence, and discover the joy of dance.
Through her studio and her students, Amy strives to inspire others to step outside their comfort zone, embrace their individuality, and fall in love with the art of dance.
