Item Donation Form

Help make A Path to Wellness Gala a success by donating an item, experience, or gift certificate for our auction.

We welcome contributions of all kinds, including vacation stays, event and sports tickets, dining experiences, products, artwork, services, gift baskets, and gift cards.

To submit a donation, please provide the item name, a detailed description, estimated fair market value, donor information, any restrictions or expiration dates, and photos when available. After submission, you will receive an email confirmation, and our gala team will review the donation before it is added to the auction.

Thank you for supporting the Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations and helping create meaningful pathways to healing and wellness.
