A Mother-Son Team Playing for a Cause Close to Our Hearts
On October 18, Princeton and I are teaming up at Marbella on a Mission to raise funds for the American Cancer Society-in loving memory of my cousin Nicole "Nicky" Benjamin Wilson and my Aunt Madlen, whom we lost to cancer.
Nicky was confident, authentic, and selfless. She was true to herself and sincere in connections with others, with with a deep love for her husband and family. She adored children and had a special way of making them feel like the biggest, most important people in the room.
Madlen was an accomplished engineer with a sharp, analytical mind and remarkable artistic talent. She expressed her love through cooking, painting, and the thoughtful things she created for others. She always put her family first and used her talents to lift up those around her.
We love and miss them dearly. Playing together is one small way to honor their lives and turn that love into something meaningful for other families facing cancer.
