Hunter Houle Memorial Foundation (“Foundation”)

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are consenting to the Foundation capturing, retaining, and using your personal data for Foundation events and to inform you of Foundation activities until you revoke your consent. You may revoke your consent at any time by informing the Foundation of the same in writing by email or mail at the addresses provided below. 

At any time, you may also request that the Foundation delete or correct your personal data in its possession, or request a copy of your personal data in the Foundation’s possession as well as any supplementary data. Such requests shall be made to the Foundation by email or mail at the addresses provided below.

The Foundation will not share your personal data.

Additionally, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are also consenting to (a) having photographs and/or video images taken of you (and any of your minor children) by the Foundation or its agents or guests while attending a Foundation event, and (b) the Foundation’s use of such photographs and/or video images on its website, social media, publications, newsletters, correspondence, and at any and all Foundation events. By providing this consent, you are also agreeing that neither you nor any minor child that attends a Foundation event with you shall (a) be entitled to any compensation or royalties for any such photographs or video images and (b) have a right of ownership in any such photographs and/or video images.

Finally, by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you are also acknowledging and agreeing that you understand, have read, and agree to the Terms of Use.
