"The Piece and the Process" - Lotus Vessel + Studio Experience

• Inspired by the lotus blossom, this sculptural work functions as a lidded vessel - a piece where form, symbolism, and movement come together.
  
  
• The lid embodies the lotus itself: delicate yet dramatic in scale, meant to be lifted slowly, echoing the gradual unfurling of petals and the spiritual awakening they represent. The vessel rests hidden beneath the blossom, as if still submerged in the water from which the flower rises.
  
  
• In addition to the artwork, you'll receive a two-hour hands-on studio session where you'll help create a signature piece. This intimate workshop is designed to inspire and challenge - a chance to explore the creative process, ask questions, and get your hands a little dirty. Session is limited to two guests.
  
  
• About the Artist: Patrick Cooley is an artist and architectural designer whose work navigates the intersection of organic form and built environments. A graduate of the Savannah College of Art and Design, his practice explores the tension between contemporary architecture and biomorphic design. By translating the fluid geometries of marine ecosystems into ceramic sculpture, he transforms sterile interior volumes into vibrant, living compositions.
