28 Friends and Family Came to this year Cancer Walk as part of Jacki's team Mammaries for Margaritas. Please join me in honoring those 28 supporters who showed up to support Jacki and all of our cancer patients.
A $50 donation could help cover emergency clothing, shoes, or patient comfort kits for those who arrive at Brockton Hospital in crisis or without personal belongings.
These essential items provide warmth, dignity, and a sense of comfort during some of life's most difficult moments.
Every $50 gift helps ensure that every patient is cared for with compassion - meeting not only their medical needs, but their basic human ones as well.
A $5,000 donation could make a life-changing difference for patients facing financial hardship due to illness.
Your generosity could help cover temporary payments for mortgage, rent, utilities, and other essential expenses for patients who are unable to work while recovering, allowing them to remain safe and secure in their own homes.
Every $5,000 gift provides stability, dignity, and hope for patients and families navigating some of life's most difficult moments - ensuring that healing can happen without the fear of losing their home.
A $2,500 donation could help patients get where they need to go - safely and reliably.
Your generosity could provide 100 rides for patients who need transportation home from Brockton Hospital or to and from vital medical appointments that, if missed, could impact their health and recovery.
Every $2,500 gift can help ensure that no patient's care is delayed or disrupted because of transportation challenges - allowing them to focus on healing, not on how they'll get there.
A $1,000 donation can help patients return home safely and comfortably after their hospital stay.
Your generosity could cover the rental of oxygen equipment for seven patients being discharged from Brockton Hospital, providing vital support as they recover and regain strength in the comfort of their own homes.
Every $1,000 gift can help to ensure that patients have the resources and reassurance they need to heal safely - continuing their care beyond the hospital and back into their daily lives.
A $500 donation could help a patient regain their independence and dignity as they return home from Brockton Hospital.
Your generosity could provide a quality wheelchair or other essential medical equipment not covered by insurance, ensuring that patients with disabilities have the tools they need to move safely and live more comfortably.
Every $500 gift helps patients reclaim freedom, confidence, and quality of life as they continue their journey toward healing.
A $250 donation can help patients breathe easier - literally.
Your generosity could provide five nebulizers to help asthma patients find immediate relief once they return home from Brockton Hospital. It could also help supply a portable air conditioning unit to a patient whose breathing is made difficult during hot, humid weather.
With every $250 gift, you're helping patients in our community breathe easier, recover faster, and live more comfortably in their own homes.
A $100 donation can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Your generosity could help provide a car seat for one of the 1,500 babies delivered at Brockton Hospital each year, or a safe "pack and play" crib for a new mom who doesn't have a secure place for her newborn to sleep.
It could also help provide several days of nutritious meals for a patient and their family during a difficult time.
Every $100 gift helps us ensure that patients and families in our community have the comfort, safety, and support they need - when they need it most.
Join us in honoring Keith Merlin, MD.
Keith has spent over four decades providing expert obstetric and gynecologic care in the communities he has served. A graduate of both undergraduate and medical school at Georgetown University, he completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He served four years on active duty at Dover Air Force base, served as chairman of his department, and was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for his leadership and development of patient tracking systems that are still in use today. Following his honorable discharge from the military, he provided care to the community of Norristown, PA at Montgomery Hospital. He also served in leadership positions including membership in the medical executive committee. In addition, he was a clinical professor at Medical College of Pennsylvania. Keith joined Signature Healthcare in 1999 and served as Chief of the department for over two decades. He was an active member of the medical executive committee and also served a term as president of the medical staff. Under his leadership, new services were provided to our community and the high-quality care delivered was recognized both locally and nationally. He remains an active member of the teaching faculty at Tufts Medical School where he continues to educate the next generation of physicians since his retirement in April of 2026.
