Kayla Robison
Kayla Robison, known professionally as Commander 'N Beef, is a Food Network Champion, chef, entrepreneur, and single mom who built her career from the ground up over two decades in the bar and restaurant industry. She co-hosts Food Fight 513, Cincinnati's largest culinary competition, and founded the Commander 'N Beef Smashburger Pop-up Experience, which has provided over 2,000 meals and counting to Cincinnatians experiencing homelessness. Her work spans digital content, live culinary programming, private chef services, and hospitality consulting, all rooted in one mission: elevate the standard while staying real. Kindervelt and Cincinnati Children's Hospital hold a special place in Kayla's heart; she's proud to partner in supporting this wonderful charity.
Her dance partner is Damien Walsh.
Damien Walsh began his dance career in Cincinnati, training in ballroom and Latin dance from a young age before building more than 20 years of experience as a professional dancer, teacher and creative industry specialist. His career took him to Melbourne, Australia, where he co-owned a dance studio and worked extensively across the entertainment industry, teaching International and American styles and specialising in Argentine Tango.
Damien later transitioned into talent management and creative production, working with models, actors and influencers and collaborating with major streaming platforms, production companies, advertising agencies and international brands. After more than a decade in Australia, Damien returned to his hometown of Cincinnati, bringing his international experience back to the local community. He is proud to be part of this special event supporting Kindervelt and Cincinnati Children's Hospital, combining his passion for dance, entertainment and community with an important cause.
