"NICK'S" PLATTER STORY

Hi, my name is Nick and I am 12 years old. I would like to explain the back story behind the platter and what it means. My main focus with the platter was to show how, of course the theme was how beautiful things can grow in such dark places such as wastelands and really bad habitats for families. The flower represents families that have survived and been through many other things with domestic violence and other abuse. On the background of the platter you can obviously see there is a bunch of chaos happening, showing how even whenever there are blooming things there can still be a lot happening in the area around them. It mainly goes to show a lot of the DV process that I put into the artwork.
