Chef Anthony Quagliata was raised in the kitchen-literally! When he was a baby, his parents had a playpen in the kitchen of The Spaghetti Company. He began dishwashing at 12 years old at The Spaghetti Company. Years later, he began cooking and being involved in every other aspect of the business. His family has owned several Cleveland area restaurants, including: The White House in Mentor, The Spaghetti Company, Alfredo's at the Inn and the Holiday Inn Mayfield, Ristorante Giovanni's, among others. Anthony had the most impactful tenure at Alfredo's at the Inn. He was the executive chef for several years and the Holiday Inn Mayfield Village was guest ranked #1 in the world for several of those years! The diamonds are secured in a 14kt white gold shared prong setting shaped in the form of a smile and suspended from a beautifully woven 14k yellow gold (wheat) style chain (Italy) measuring 17 1/2 inches in length. Manufacturing of the setting and all labor was performed in the United States.
