Item Donation Form

Donations of cash, items or services are appreciated to support our auction! We welcome donations of all types...vacation destinations, tickets, products, gift certificates, etc.

To submit an item for the auction, please enter all of the needed information. You can then mail or drop off your donation to:

We will also be happy to pick up your donation! To schedule a pick-up of your donation, or if you have any questions, please email swagner@gibaulthawks.com. We will place your item on the silent or live auction that evening. Thank you again for the continued support. We couldn't do this without you!
