Built in 1952, Sunset Hill is a mid-century classic. Designed by a student of Frank Lloyd Wright, and featuring a rock wall hand carved by a displaced serviceman post-WW2 the architecture and design are incredible. Sunset Hill sits on an acre of lake front land with a bluff down to the crystal clear waters of Lake Beulah with landscaping designed by the former owner, an arborist, after it was converted to residential from parkland. On the property you will find specimen trees including Ginkgo, Basswood, Witch Elms, White Pine, and many others which make it a truly magical place.

We want you to feel like you are stepping back into midcentury Wisconsin when you visit. We have honored the midcentury vibe and kept the charm of all the original features. So relax there and let the home, lake, and land make you feel calm and recharged.

The home comfortably sleeps 10. Additional features include use of a boat dock on the property. Boat rental service is available in the area and can be arranged separately with by auction winner.
