What makes the Britepaths' Back to School program unique?
✔ Britepaths works with a local wholesaler whose non-profit rate allows us to purchase new items at a greatly reduced cost. This allows us to provide more of the items students need than donated in-kind items sourced from big box or online retailers.
✔ Our grade-appropriate supply kits include essential items vetted by our partners at Educate Fairfax.
✔ Your support creates more than school supplies; it powers a Back to School Resource Fair that equips children with backpacks and supply kits while connecting families to resources that strengthen long-term success.
✔ Your donation also invests in the teachers who invest in our children by providing up to 100 public school teachers with classroom supply kits and a $25 Staples gift card to help prepare their classrooms for success.
Britepaths' Back to School Program Removes Barriers
Families shouldn't have to choose between school supplies and basic needs. Yet rising costs for housing, food, transportation, childcare, and classroom essentials are making back to school harder every year. Teachers are feeling the impact too, spending nearly $900 of their own money annually to support their students.
