This 3-bedroom, 2-bath townhouse has recently been updated with many new features, one of which is a new stone wood-burning fireplace, all new flooring, new windows, alder wood trim and doors.

Located away from the hustle and bustle and nestled amongst mature pines, this townhouse is just 30 yards from the bus shuttle stop to take you to all the resort has to offer including ski lifts, shopping, and restaurants. Keystone Gulch offers shared amenities including an outdoor heated pool and hot tub.
The living area features a large smart TV, oversized new comfy furniture and beautiful views through the large windows.
Head out to the private patio to enjoy views of mature pines, beautiful aspens, fresh mountain air and visible hiking trails through the mountain. Take advantage of the private grill for home-cooked meals.

The open full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features newly-installed quartz countertops as well as stainless steel appliances. There's a two-person breakfast table in the kitchen as well as a full dining area that comfortably seats six. And there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Near the entryway is a private washer and dryer for your convenience.

The primary bedroom is just off the living area and features a king-sized bed and a smart TV. The en suite bathroom was just updated with a quartz countertop, new heated flooring and a glass shower enclosure. A door separates the walk-in shower and toilet area for added privacy.
Upstairs are two guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The first guest bedroom features an extra long twin-over-queen bunk bed with twin trundle. There's also a TV and beautiful views through the large windows sometimes seeing Freddy the Fox.
The second guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a smart TV. The guest bathroom was just remodeled and features new quartz countertops, new floor tile and shower/tub tile with a glass enclosure. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and hair dryers.

Other recent upgrades include new front and back doors, new heaters and thermostats, window shades, new lighting and an open concept from kitchen to dining/living areas.
