I consent to allowing The Wetlands Institute to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by contacting The Wetlands Institute staff at 609-368-1211 or staff@wetlandsinstitute.org.

You agree to purchase the item(s) you have won, and authorize the institute to charge your credit card if you have not completed the purchase process within three days of auction closing.

I agree that participating in the auction represents a commitment on my part to purchase any and all items won. I agree to purchase such items at the end of the auction, with the understanding that if I do not initiate the purchase within 3 days of the close of the auction, The Wetlands Institute reserves the right to complete the transaction with the payment method I placed on file when registering for the auction.

I acknowledge that all sales are final. 

You agree to arrange pickup, delivery or shipping of your items, and in the event of shipping, to pay for shipping costs associated with getting your item to you. You understand that The Wetlands Institute cannot ship alcohol. 

I agree to arrange pickup/delivery/shipment of my item with Wetlands Institute staff. I agree to pay for any and all shipping costs associated with the item(s) I purchased, in the event that I cannot arrange pickup from The Wetlands Institute, in Stone Harbor NJ. I understand that The Wetlands Institute is unable to ship alcohol. 

You acknowledge that all items must be redeemed by August 31, 2021, unless otherwise noted. 

I agree to schedule the date for my trip or experience before the August 31, 2021 deadline (or other deadline as indicated in the item descriptions on the Auction platform). I understand that this date must be mutually agreed upon by a Wetlands Institute representative.

You acknowledge that social-distancing requirements may effect the number of allowable participants for any of the "experience" packages being auctioned.

I accept that due to social-distancing protocols the number of attendees to my experience may be altered and that I will receive no refund or recompense for that circumstance.
