Item Donation Form

Thank you for supporting the 2026 Warrior Clay Shoot.

In preparation for this event, we have begun gathering donations and experiences for both silent and live auctions. Merchandise, weekend getaways, sports tickets or any other suitable auction items are needed.
If you are recording a donation purchased/donated for one of the curated raffle/auction packages begin the Item Name with the package you are supporting.

Example: #107 Pampered Pup — YETI Dog Bowl

Include the item or service description, estimated fair-market value, restrictions or expiration date, and delivery information. Upload a photo when available.

Donations for raffle packages require promotional photography and would be helpful to have as early as possible..
