Note that a cancellation fee of $500 per hunt spot may be deducted. This fee is used to cover event costs that cannot be recouped.

We understand that unforeseen emergencies occasionally occur, and we will discuss a refund under these circumstances if they arise. Previously-scheduled activities or alternate opportunities that you choose to attend instead of the hunt will not be considered grounds for a refund.
