Vacation destinations, sports/concert tickets, restaurant gift certificates. . . we welcome donations of all types.

Please enter all the details for your donation including:

- Fair market value/price

- RESTRICTIONS (put in description box)

- How we will OBTAIN THE DONATION (i.e., mail GC, e-voucher, MKFC to generate a certificate, etc.) (put in description box)

- DONOR information

- SOLICITOR information (put in description box)

- Attach any PHOTOS of donation, LOGOS, marketing material, etc.
