The Adopt A Tiny Home program is a contribution of $1,500 helping us maintain one residence for one year - assisting with utilities, maintenance, upkeep, therapy, and on-site supportive staff.
By adopting a tiny home, you help create a community of support for our most vulnerable neighbors and bring hope back into their lives.
This donation represents helping us keep the lights on, literally, for 1 resident for a full year! NHC pays all utilities for residents.
This donation represents a full month of transportation for all of our residents at all three of our sites. Transportation is a huge barrier to access to medical care, employment, and groceries. Your donation helps us bring our residents into the community to get the care and services they need.
This donation amount represents 1 month of case management for a resident. Our trained staff provide one-on-one case management and care coordination for every resident. We work to ensure they have all of their needs met and help them achieve their goals and stay housed.
This donation represents a Welcome Home basket for a new resident. When our residents move in, they come with very little. This Welcome Home basket welcomes them with open arms and provides all the essentials they need. This includes all bedding with blankets and pillows, towels, shampoo and conditioner, soap, toilet paper, and snacks.
This donation represents 1 therapy session for a resident. Accessing therapy is a huge barrier for our residents so we provide one-on-one therapy with our Master Levels social work interns. We even provide this on-site!
