Erinn is a seasoned public relations professional and has committed an enormous amount of effort and study on organizational improvement through performance monitoring, reporting and quality customer service. She is a member of various national organizations as well as actively involved in the local community. Erinn started her career in public relations as a student in her hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. Always a shadow next to her mother, she continued to polish her passion for people throughout the years serving as a legislative page, candy striper, Habitat for Humanity volunteer and social hostess for international dignitaries from around the globe. After relocating to Houston, she worked in various positions within the hotel, insurance and banking industry. She realized her desire for entrepreneurship and opened Erinn's Heart Early Learning Academy in 2004 and remained owner and director until she and her family moved to Iowa.
A certified workaholic, Erinn navigated family life and worked as Station Manager with TBN-Quad Cities/Galesburg. During her time with TBN, she was fortunate to meet local realtor and businessman Ted Rebitzer who made her an offer she couldn't refuse... working with children. In 2015 she purchased and opened her first APK! Academy location in Silvis, Illinois. To date, she is the owner of four locations and two franchises in the Quad Cities. Erinn and her family now reside in Spring Hill, Tennessee where she continues her love of people and community as the proud owner of her newest business venture 'The Southern Baking Company' where it's southern y'all! She has been married to a New York native, Rasheen Christopher Hartwell for twenty two years and they are parents of three beautiful children Tre' Christopher, Ian Harrison and Ava Christina Hartwell
