Jade Pop Necklace by SaraBeth Post Eskuche

From the Ice Gem series, the Jade Pop Necklace is made of hollow borosilicate glass featuring soft facets that reflect light at every angle. Layer it over a basic t-shirt for a casual evening happy hour or with a tropical flowy sundress and a Pina colada. The hand-forged sterling silver clasp mimics the shape of the blown beads.

Blue Bolo Necklace by David Licata

Torch worked glass chain maille - borosilicate glass - blue sparkle.

Traditionally, Chain maille was used for protection by knights in battle but today it is mostly worn as jewelry. My work questions the idea of protection and finds beauty in the fragile forms. All of these works are created using torchworked borosilicate glass and various chain maille techniques. Experimenting with shapes, size and complex patterns allow for a diverse range of effects in light and shadow. Contradictions in strength and security are questioned with clear glass emitting strong and powerful shadows. Each piece is unique and changes with every installation or how it's worn on each individual.

Pink & Blue by Sylvia Gray Altman

This playful flameworked soft glass bead necklace features a vibrant palette of translucent blue, soft pink, and white. Each bead is individually crafted with layered colors, dots, and organic patterns, creating a whimsical, dimensional piece that highlights the intricate possibilities of flameworking. Altman is also part of the Pittsburgh Glass Center community as a Studio Technician.

Autumn Song by Leslie J Kaplan

Nine flameworked glass, light, thin disc beads with copper centers are layered and strung on a matching seed-beaded stainless steel cable. Loop clasp over another disc bead. Autumn colors- soft gold, olive green, amber, and metallic shades of brown and gold. The necklace is 20.5 inches long.
