Terms and Conditions
Ticket Purchases and Refunds Terms and Conditions
By purchasing a ticket through our GiveSmart event page, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and confirm that all information provided during checkout is true and accurate. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase through the GiveSmart platform, and your registration is not complete until payment has been successfully processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available only if requested in writing at least 30 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the event, and all ticket sales within that period are final and non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted by the original purchaser to the event organizer using the contact information listed on the event page. Any approved refund will be issued to the original form of payment within a reasonable processing time, less any non-refundable processing fees if those fees were disclosed at the time of purchase.
Event Changes and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to change the event date, time, location, schedule, format, or program if necessary. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be honored for the new date or transferred according to the organizer’s instructions.
If the event is canceled by the organizer and not rescheduled, the purchaser may be entitled to a refund of the ticket purchase price. The organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by attendees, including travel, lodging, food, lost wages, or other personal costs related to the event.
Transfers and Substitutions
Tickets may not be transferred, resold, or assigned without prior approval from the organizer. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel any ticket that is transferred or resold in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Admission and Removal
The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any attendee whose conduct is disorderly, unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, without refund. All attendees must comply with event rules, venue rules, staff instructions, and all applicable safety requirements.
Assumption of Risk
By attending and participating in the event, each attendee voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance and participation, including risks of personal injury, property damage, illness, accidents, and other losses that may occur before, during, or after the event. This is especially important for outdoor activities and sporting events, including sporting clays activities where firearms, moving equipment, uneven ground, weather, and other hazards may be present.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, venue partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, injury, claim, expense, or damage arising out of or related to the event, attendance at the event, or the use of the GiveSmart platform for ticket purchases.
Participant Responsibility
Each attendee is responsible for acting safely and following all posted rules and instructions. For sporting clays or shooting-related activities, eye and ear protection may be required, alcohol or drug use may be prohibited, and all participants must handle firearms safely and comply with all event and range safety rules.
Photography and Media Release
By attending the event, you grant permission to the organizer to photograph, record, and use your name, image, likeness, and voice in promotional, marketing, fundraising, and social media materials without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
GiveSmart Platform
Ticket purchases may be processed through GiveSmart, and use of the platform may also be subject to GiveSmart’s own terms, conditions, and privacy practices. The organizer is responsible for the event itself, while GiveSmart provides the online fundraising and payment technology used for registration and transactions.
Contact Information
Questions regarding tickets, refunds, or event policies should be directed to the event organizer using the contact information provided on the event page.
One line to add at checkout
By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Ticket Purchases and Refunds Terms and Conditions, including the refund deadline of 30 days before the event.
Practical note
For a sporting clays fundraiser, these terms are helpful, but they should be paired with a separate signed liability waiver for participants because waiver language is usually stronger when separately acknowledged and signed, especially for shooting activities. You should also have a local attorney review the final wording so it matches New Jersey and Pennsylvania event and liability rules.
