Item Donation Form

We are seeking items for our silent auction. By donating an item to the auction, not only will you be helping the children we serve, but you will also have the opportunity to showcase your business at the event.

Donations to CURE Childhood Cancer (IRS non-profit ID is #58-1244138) are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt for IRS tax purposes upon receipt of your donation. CURE Childhood Cancer holds several fundraisers throughout the year and, when appropriate, may utilize your donation for an event other than Catie's Gathering Effingham. However, all donors will be acknowledged at the time of the donation.

Include any restrictions on trips, travel, and tickets and/or other
information regarding brand, quantity, color, size, etc. to ensure proper understanding of donated item. We accept new and vintage/collectible items in excellent condition. We cannot accept used, worn, or previously owned household or personal items. Please ensure expiration date allows adequate time for use. Unless otherwise noted, any offers will be valid for one year from date of event.
