Over 12 years ago, April Craig of Wandering Table Catering began refining her culinary skills alongside celebrated local chefs including Kristi Brown of Communion and That Brown Girl Cooks (James Beard nominee), as well as Eduardo Jordan of JuneBaby and Salare, also a James Beard nominee.
Inspired by international travel and food tours through Costa Rica, Spain, Portugal, and beyond, April now spends her days creating exceptional meals for local families and catering memorable events throughout the region. She will work with you to curate a custom menu designed especially for your group.
