You and seven guests can enjoy a Private Wine Tasting Tour and Barrel Room Wine & Food Gathering at Ravines Wine Cellars!

You and your guests will be greeted with a glass of Ravines' Methode Champenoise sparkling wine and an amuse-bouche as you gather in Ravines' historic Tasting Barn at the edge of the vineyards. One of the tasting room Sommeliers will lead your group on a tour of Ravines' sparkling room to see how their sparkling wines are made using the same method as Champagne, then to the crush pad to learn how grapes are processed and wine is made. Guests then continue to the Barrel Room for a fun sit-down tasting of Ravines' premium wines, including the current vintages aging in the casks to better understand how wine develops during cask aging. Each guest will receive an FLX Farmer's Board with local farmstead cheeses, charcuterie, freshly baked bread and delectable accoutrements. Dessert includes a pairing of Ravines' Amperand, a port-wine-style wine with bittersweet chocolate truffles from Hedonist Artisan Chocolates.

This annual tasting event, held throughout the exhibits within the Museum & Science Center, brings together wineries, breweries, distilleries, chefs, bakers, and vendors from across the region so you can taste the vast flavors of the greater Rochester region!
