One of the tasting room Sommeliers will lead your group on a tour of Ravines' sparkling room to see how their sparkling wines are made using the same method as Champagne, then to the crush pad to learn how grapes are processed and wine is made. Guests then continue to the Barrel Room for a fun sit-down tasting of Ravines' premium wines, including the current vintages aging in the casks to better understand how wine develops during cask aging. Each guest will receive an FLX Farmer's Board with local farmstead cheeses, charcuterie, freshly baked bread and delectable accoutrements. Dessert includes a pairing of Ravines' Amperand, a port-wine-style wine with bittersweet chocolate truffles from Hedonist Artisan Chocolates.
