Your support of the UA-Pulaski Tech Golf Tournament directly funds the P.G. and Melanie Bradford Scholarship, helping students overcome financial barriers and persist toward a degree or certificate that leads to meaningful careers.

These funds supported students enrolled in degree or certificate programs in health, education and human services, business and information technology, culinary arts and hospitality management, and technical and industrial programs such as HVAC, aviation maintenance, and advanced manufacturing.

Stacy Williams, HVACR student, shared:
"I didn't grow up with a clear roadmap or a safety net - I grew up learning how to figure things out as I went. Somewhere between working long shifts, raising my kids and trying to keep life steady, I realized that surviving wasn't enough anymore. I wanted a career that meant stability, pride and a future I could build with my own hands. That's what pushed me back into school and into the HVACR program: the decision to rewrite my story instead of letting circumstances write it for me."

Coltin Lopez, Aviation Maintenance Technology student, wrote:
"While my passion for aviation is high, the financial barriers are significant. Because this program requires mandatory clock hours that mirror a full-time job, I am unable to maintain traditional employment while attending school. I am currently paying for this program entirely out of pocket and not eligible for any federal financial aid due to already having earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Management. This scholarship would be a vital bridge for me. It would allow me to focus 100% of my energy on mastering complex mechanical systems without the constant stress of how to fund the next semester's tuition or help support my family's living expenses. It would help make the "impossible" seem possible by ensuring that my financial situation does not dictate my ability to graduate from the program."
