1) Diagnostic (30 min)
Review one upcoming or recent negotiation. Identify leverage, constraints, counterpart incentives, and BATNA

2) Targeted Training (60-75 min)
Focused training tailored to gaps: framing and anchoring, concession strategy, information discovery, and deal structuring.

3) Role Play Rounds (90-120 min)
3-4 play throughs of a scenario (supplier, customer, internal stakeholder). Live negotiation with interruptions, coaching, and resets.

4) Debrief (30 min)
Scored feedback (outcome, relationship, process).
