Item Donation Form

We’re seeking donations of new, used, or gently used adaptive and accessible equipment to support Kaydin Ruiz and her family. Any equipment that can help improve Kaydin’s mobility, independence, comfort, or quality of life could make a meaningful difference.

If you have accessible equipment you’re willing to donate or know someone who may be able to help, we would greatly appreciate your support. Together, we can help provide Kaydin and her family with the tools and resources they need for a brighter, more independent future.
