BRENDAN BISHOP is a multidisciplinary artist working in ceramics, wood, and metal. He works in between studios in Nebraska and Costa Rica. Ceramics found him at age five and never let go, a connection that still shapes how he approaches every material today. His work asks a quiet but persistent question: What does a material remember? Through hand-built sculptural forms, Bishop captures evidence of force, compression, erosion, and arrested motion, holding the tension between resistance and change. His current body of work, Witness Marks, explores time as force through three threads: collapse, duration, and residue. Impact studies hold the instant of collision. Vertical totems suspend the moment between balance and collapse. Form studies trace what remains. Wood enters the work naturally, from Nebraska native species to tropical hardwoods sourced in Central America, each bringing its own grain, weight, and light. Every piece is shaped by hand as a singular, original work.

His works explore an ongoing conversation with himself, using animals as a stage to create a visual diary of life around him. Within his own world, he works through issues, celebrates happiness, and tells stories of what has happened to better remember himself and life's journey.

DIANNE FAGO is a self-taught mixed-media and collage artist based in Omaha, NE. Her creative journey began in 2011, discovering that these mediums could form a powerful visual language to express what she often struggled to put into words. Believing deeply in the healing power of art, Fago's expressive pieces reflect a spectrum of human emotion through bold, tactile paint layers and intricate, hand-cut paper imagery. An avid upcycler, she often rescues materials destined for the trash, utilizing discarded cardboard and packaging to build texture in her mixed-media pieces, and vintage books or magazines to breathe new life into her collage work. Fago has exhibited her work in local spaces, including Joslyn Castle, Radial Arts Center, Clover24, Cali Commons, Benson First Fridays, and independent artist-hosted shows. Ahead of her first solo exhibition this September, she is exploring small-scale intimacy through detailed pieces that invite viewers to pause and explore up close.

RAMON GUZMAN's artwork is inspired by a simple goal: to bring people a moment of joy, curiosity, or relief from everyday routines. While he works with many materials, wood and spray paint remain his favorites. Wood offers an organic, tactile quality, while spray paint adds energy, movement, and vibrant color. His process is often intuitive, responding to the material and allowing the work to evolve naturally. Color plays a central role in every piece, whether bold and energetic or subtle and reflective. Above all, Guzman strives to create accessible, playful artwork that encourages viewers to pause, connect, and leave with a brighter outlook, even if only for a moment.

PATRICK J. MILLER is a Minneapolis-based painter who uses oil painting to explore perception, emotion, and connection in the natural world. With an Associate of Applied Science in Visual Communications from the Brown Institute, he approaches each piece with both technical precision and a deep sensitivity to the subject. Working primarily from reference photos, Miller captures intimate, first-person perspectives-moments when two living beings briefly recognize each other. His paintings focus on small shifts in viewpoint and subtle optical cues to convey a story that words cannot fully express. Whether depicting a monarch butterfly in mid-flight or the quiet curve of a petal, each image seeks to evoke a shared moment of awareness. Color accuracy and composition are essential to his work, grounding the viewer even as perspective challenges the eye. Through his art, Miller invites viewers into a reflective space-one where presence, consciousness, and the rhythms of life quietly unfold.

GEE NEDDO is an Omaha-based artist working across sculpture, watercolor, and gardening. Their practice exists in conversation with both the spaces their work inhabits and the questions they can't seem to leave alone. Watercolor serves as an exercise in attention: painting what is directly in front of them as a way of returning to the present. Sculpture, by contrast, is where persistent questions are given physical form. Sometimes those questions concern queerness, inherited expectations, motherhood, rage, or the persistent suspicion that making art might require a level of self-importance they haven't yet agreed to possess. Other times, the answer is simply to make a silly little guy. Both approaches feel equally necessary.

MATTHEW O'REILLY is a Canadian artist based in Omaha, NE, whose multidisciplinary practice spans ceramics, sculpture, painting, and installation. Using the human figure as both monument and mirror, he explores themes of identity, vulnerability, masculinity, and the contradictions embedded within contemporary life. Through grotesque figuration, satire, and material experimentation, his work complicates fixed understandings of strength, care, and selfhood. Alongside his sculptural practice, O'Reilly maintains an active painting practice centered on animals and the natural world, using wildlife as a vehicle for autobiography and reflections on adaptation, humor, and place. O'Reilly received his MFA from the Alberta University of the Arts and is a recipient of the Winifred Shantz Award for Ceramics. He currently serves as Residency Arts Technician at Bemis Center for Contemporary Arts and teaches ceramics in Omaha, NE.

RIO is a photographer, writer, and multimedia artist exploring the generational threads between the women in my family-the womb as a keeper of memory, migration, and becoming. She is searching for emotional truth in the space between memory and imagination, the past and the present, the women she came from and the one she is still becoming. She returns often to the idea that our legacy only lives as long as we are remembered. Each creative act-whether a cyanotype, a piece of writing, or a photograph-becomes an attempt to hold onto something that might otherwise fade.

THERMAN STATOM is a sculptor/painter most notably known as a pioneer of the contemporary glass movement for his life-size glass ladders, chairs, tables, constructed box-like paintings, and small-scale houses-all created through the technique of gluing glass plates together. Sandblasted surfaces become a canvas for spontaneous vibrant colors and line work, which take nuances from Abstract Expressionism and concepts of Minimalism, while simultaneously incorporating a twist by using blown-glass elements and found objects. Throughout his career, public artworks have been permanently installed at prominent locations including the Los Angeles Public Library, Corning, Inc. Headquarters, the Mayo Clinic, San Jose Ice Center, the Toledo Museum of Art, and the Jepson Center for the Arts in the Telfair Museum, Savannah as well as several hospitals across the country. His artwork appears in numerous exhibitions annually, including solo and group shows around the nation and internationally. Statom has completed over thirty large, site-specific installations. Most notably, his 2009 solo exhibition, Stories of the New World at the Orlando Museum of Art, spanned over 7,000 square feet and has been his largest installation to date. Much of the latter half of Statom's career has been focused on the importance of educational programming within the arts. He has taken a deep interest in employing workshops as a catalyst for social change and in effect, positively impacting a community. Statom studied at Pilchuck Glass School, received a BFA from Rhode Island School Of Design, and later studied at the Pratt Institute of Art & Design.
