Mulligan- Play the shot over and it does not count as a stroke.

Sand Toss- Stand in the trap at the point of the ball and toss the golf ball any direction you want and it does not count as a stroke.

Measuring Tape- The 34" measuring tape can be used at any time during the round by a player who wants to improve his lie. Example: Your ball is sitting down in heavy rough, but if you could move it just one foot, you'd have a great lie. Take out your length of measuring tape, string it out in the direction you want to move the ball. If the tape reaches the point where you'd like to place your ball, you can move the ball. The catch is that each time you use your measuring tape, you must rip off the amount of tape corresponding to the distance your ball was moved. Move your ball six inches to get out of a bunker, cut six inches off your tape. The measuring tape can be used at any time, but, obviously, must be used judiciously or it runs out pretty quickly. YOU CANNOT USE YOUR MEASURING TAPE TO HOLE OUT!!!!
